Thank you for shopping at CONIM Store. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. Since we sell digital, downloadable products, our return and refund rules differ from those of physical goods.
1. Digital Product Policy
All products offered on our website are digital in nature (e-learning courses, toolkits, exam vouchers, etc.), and are delivered electronically.
Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed, we cannot offer a refund under normal circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the product by mistake.
- You do not have sufficient technical knowledge to use the product.
- You claim non-receipt of the product without technical evidence.
- You failed to meet system requirements or eligibility criteria.
3. Refundable Cases (Under Exceptions)
We may offer a refund or product replacement only if:
- The product was not delivered due to a technical error (e.g., email failure, download link expired).
- You were charged more than once for the same product.
- The product was defective or incomplete and no functional access was provided.
- The course/license activation failed due to our system error.
Refund claims must be submitted within 5 calendar days of purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund

Include the following details:
- Full name
- Email used for purchase
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshot or evidence (if applicable)
Our team will respond within 2-4 business days.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly. Filing an unsubstantiated dispute without attempting resolution may result in account suspension or permanent ban from future purchases.
6. License Revocation on Refund
If a refund is granted, we reserve the right to revoke your access to the product. This includes deactivating login credentials, access links, or license keys.
7. Modifications
Conim reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect once published on this page. We recommend reviewing this policy before every purchase.
